We met Norma at one of her open house's, we immediately began working together in helping us find the perfect home, The one thing that impressed us about Norma is she was extremely focused and understood our needs and most importantly kept up with our busy schedule and our traveling for business,4 months later she found us the house of our dreams. After a couple months of searching for our first home, my husband and I met Norma Santiago. Norma was representing a house that we went to look at. That house was not what we were looking for; however, Norma took down our information and began to send us listings that met our criteria. My Husband and I were thankful for the listings, but skeptical that they would not last long, or be what we were looking for, we had been in the market for some time and it seemed that most realtors talked a big game in the beginning, but disappeared after a couple of weeks. Not Norma, she immediately sent us listings daily of homes that met our criteria, she called and checked in on us and was always available to show us houses we wanted to see.
